My name is Cindy Brooks Konecny and I have made Real Estate my chosen career. I enjoy working with both Buyer's and Seller's. First time or experienced, I am committed to your success.

When you are ready to sell your home, as a Seller's Agent, I will walk you through the process of listing and pricing your home, getting your home prepared for showing and will market your home in the Multiple Listing Service, Agent and Public Open Houses, Advertisements in multiple Real Estate publications and on our website. I will assist you with the process of evaluating offers, responding to the Buyer's Agent and when necessary assist you with negotiating details of the accepted offer and then through the home inspection, appraisal, and closing process.

As a Buyer's Agent I will focus my attention on what you are looking for in a home, guiding you through the financial pre-approval process, searching through home listings that meet your criteria and then the fun of touring houses begins. Once you have found the home that meets your needs, I will help you with the process of preparing the offer, I will present your offer to the Seller's Agent and if necessary work between you and the Seller to negotiate the price and terms of the offer. Then I will assist you in scheduling a home inspection, appraisal, selecting an insurance carrier and all of the detailed steps to get your home purchase completed.

Along with my Real Estate experience and training I also have over 25 years experience in the construction industry including construction management, project management, estimating, property management and building renovation projects

I have 5 wonderful adult children and 5 beautiful grandchildren. I live with my 2 dogs - Dexter and Jake, 3 cats - Mitzi, Boots and Simon and 2 bunnies - Charlie and Lucy. I have recently purchased a new home at the request of my dogs, with a much larger back yard and fewer steps. If your pets are wanting you to find a home that better suites their needs, I can help you with that too.

Having the privilege of being raised on the farm in southeastern Minnesota for over 20 years and family ranching in Montana for over 13 years, work and play have been plentyful. There is nothing better for a man than to eat and drink and tell himself that his labor is good.  This also I have seen that it is from the hand of God. For who can eat and who can have enjoyment without Him? There is an appointed time for everything. And there is a time for every event under heaven - a time to give birth and a time to die; a time to plant and a time to uproot what is planted. He has made everything appropriate in its time. He has also set eternity in their heart, yet so that man will not find out the work which God has done from the beginning even to the end.  People are of far higher worth than animals and land. So also it is written, "The first man, Adam, became a living soul." The last Adam became a life-giving spirit. ( selected Scripture quoted - NASB )

Let me know if I can serve you with your real-estate needs.
